New Members Needed

The ERF board would like to advise supporters that we will not be running a 50/50 lottery this Friday at the Tonga match. Instead we will concentrate our efforts on increasing the current membership of ERF. Several board members will be at Myreside during the forum and pre-match, to help you to sign up as a new member, and give you more information if you require it. Please look out for them and pledge your support to the Foundation. We intend to re-start the 50/50 lottery at the first home league match of the season on 28th September.

For those who still need some persuasion regarding joining the Foundation, below is a reminder of what the foundation is and why it has been set up:

The Edinburgh Rugby Foundation has been established by supporters to promote the club, to strengthen the bonds between the club and the community and to encourage the club to take proper account of the interests of its supporters and of the community it serves in its decisions. We aim to support the concept of democratic supporter involvement and representation in the club. The Foundation is also a community benefit organisation. It is here to build bridges between the community and Edinburgh Rugby and to use the power of rugby for the good of the community. We are a not-for-profit organisation and we are therefore the perfect partner between club and supporter. The Foundation needs you, the supporter, to make it a success.
